What are Groups?
Groups within the community allow for deeper, more intimate conversations. In the community, you'll find sport-specific groups where athletes can connect, ask questions, share training tips and exercises, share experiences, be mentors, create a sense of belonging and meaningful relationships - all to help each other along this athletic journey.
