Our Vision.

Create a shared space for female athletes to discover and to engage and learn from each other - a space that gives a sense of belonging and identification. Create alignment for athletes who have similar interests and goals so that no athlete goes on her athletic journey alone

Our Story.

As a parent, I am no stranger to the many questions athletes have as it relates to their sport. What are some good prehab movements for injury prevention? What are the best snacks or foods to eat before, during, and/or after training or after an event? How much water should i drink during the day? Do I take the SAT or ACT? How can I get out of my own head? How do I find my passion for the game again? The list of questions that athletes have…you could write a book.

As a father to two girls, I recognize that I don’t have all of the answers, even if I think I do. One thing that I have learned over the years of being involved in my kid's athletics, was that no matter what I thought I knew, at the end of the day, I couldn’t always relate to my girls because I am not a female athlete. I will never know what they have gone through or will go through, in a male-dominant space. And as a parent, the one thing you always want to try to do is to help your kid as best as you can. I knew that if my daughters were having difficult questions, or were curious as to how to become a better version of who they currently were and wanted to evolve in sports both mentally and physically, so did millions of female athletes.

That is why I started The Next Athletes. Jim Collins said, “Those who build great organizations make sure they have the right people on the bus…. When facing chaos and uncertainty, and you cannot possibly predict what's coming around the corner, your best "strategy" is to have a busload of people who can adapt to and perform brilliantly no matter what comes next. Great vision without great people is irrelevant.”

In sports, you most definitely can expect chaos and uncertainty, regardless of the level you are playing at currently. This is precisely why I have gathered some of the best people to help one another on this athletic journey you’re on so that no athlete goes on her athletic journey alone. Whether you have questions or want some tips and best practices around mental performance, nutrition, training, drills specific to your sport, recruiting, or just need a group of like-minded athletes to lean on, we’ve got you covered.

We, as people, thrive on human connection. This connection is deeply embedded in who we are as individuals and we all stand on the shoulders of those who have come before us. It is a fundamental fact that we are built for community. We need connection and relationship in the same way we need oxygen. Without community, without a sense of belonging, we’re selling ourselves short of flourishing and growing the way we were created to.

Here at The Next Athletes, this is what we have designed and created for you - a space for you to learn, grow, be yourself, evolve, connect, and give back to other athletes just like yourself. Athletes, you ARE the community.

One goal. One mission. One community.

Welcome to The Next Athletes.

Meet the Team.

Some are parents, some are ex-collegiate and professional athletes, but all are experienced in our focus areas and we're ready to sever The Next Athletes.
